  • AT&T Got Something Right?!??

    By rwizard
EDIT: I was wrong. Gets less and less useful. Intentionally crippled IMHO. WAS: I have service with other providers but ATT is the only one with meaningful spam call protection. Verizon appears to be too much in love with the revenue from spammers to provide any sort of meaningful protection to wireless consumers. I tried Hiya’s app on my Verizon phone and it was much dumbed down from the ATT branded version. Who would have ever expected excellence from ATT?
  • The worst and does nothing

    By Howman 663
I’ve had this app from several years . One would think that AT&T could build a spam blocker, seeing that they have control of the calls and the phone system . Exactly the OPPOSITE is true !!! I’m getting 7-10 spam calls a day, most have the same area code as I do. This is worst app of all !
  • Worthless

    By Longtime Customer Disappointed
This app doesn’t intercept or otherwise impede spam calls, it just tallies the number of them. Don’t waste your time.
  • Silence

    By Ve&Doody
I never heard the phone ring. The spam calls have been stopped and I really appreciate it!
  • Garbage

    By Zediculous
App misses most spam calls. Locks up and crashes constantly. Really quite useless
  • Robocalls Abound

By Dr writing this review guy
I seem to get dozens of robocalls a week, often 7-10 a day.
  • Spam calls getting through

    By Solon-x
In the last two weeks many spam calls are now getting through. AI logic is not working. Needs improvement. Better, AT&T needs to do a better job identifying spoofed phone numbers and blocking them outright.
  • This doesn’t work

I downloaded this product to my phone and it used to work but as of now when I open the app it just spins and kicks me out.
  • Nag, nag, nag

    By none 5,432
I give it one star because it started nagging me for a rating before I even got a chance to try it out. Then, after every single thing I did, it asked me again. I'm hoping that by giving it a rating and this review, it will leave me alone. The constant nagging is more annoying than the unwanted phone calls I'm trying to use the app to prevent.
  • AT&T call protect

Call protect is a must in these times. I appreciate that they are helping to stop these continuous scam and telemarketing calls. I also feel this is not a luxury, it is a serious problem, and the carrier should take responsibility.
