  • Can’t add my cameras anymore

    Since the update, I am unable to add my two tan tan cameras to my account through the iPhone app anymore. Nothing happens when I attempt to scan the QR code. So much for supporting your products.
  • Great camera. Not so great software

    The camera works great. The software only shows a small clip and you have to watch that before you can watch the entire recording. Even if you are recording to your SD card, when you press the option to view the entire clip, it sometimes takes you to a page to purchase their cloud service. Other links also take you to the purchase cloud service page and it’s annoying. There is not date & time with seconds showing on the video when you watch it so you only get an approximate time on their scale. If I could use different software with this camera I might buy it again. Right know, I would not recommend it.

  • Bad connection

    I have a very good wifi pay a lot to have it. My camera keeps going off line and the router is 10 feet away. It’s on top of the house can’t put a Ethernet because it would have to be 20 feet long. Worked go for about a week but now keeps going offline every few hours. Reset it , rebooted router still same results. We will send it back to Amazon if it doesn’t work.
  • Can’t fully use without subscription

    I bought this camera thinking it was going to give me what it advertised. Access to content it recorded. Nope, you only can view 6 seconds of the motion it detected (if it even detects it) unless you paid for a stupidly priced subscription. I subscribed for one month just to see, half the time it wasn’t recording. Now it’s honestly just a waste of space.

  • Says Nothing About Monthly Fee

    We bought these cameras to help watch our preemie. They said nothing about having to pay monthly for access to both cameras. Why would you sell this with 2 cameras if you don’t give people access to both and make them pay $9.99/ month or more?! Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.
  • Amazed...at first

    Seemed too good to be true! I paid around $30 for my camera and kind of expected it to work like a $30 camera. Worked great at first, a little delay but did what I needed it to do so that I could feel safe doing chores downstairs while my little one napped. Then, it stopped working after a few months. I couldn’t and still cannot get the dang thing to connect to my internet, even when it is sitting beside my modem! Very frustrating and disappointing. From reading other reviews, I am glad to see it isn’t just mine, but sure wish I had read these reviews before buying☹️
