Like help when have issues? 24 hour min Like in app purchase ? Take your money but might be 24-36 hours before you get purchase Expect first update to cause more problems. 12-24 hours later next update to fix only the new problems. Let’s see how long stays up?

Ive played through the bugs without complaint, the pricing that is ludicrous. Their latest update unlinked my account for 22 hours during which time two things happened: I submitted a report to customer service every hour and never received any response and my shield dropped and my all my resources garnered over thousands of hours was looted. Scopely still has not responded, don’t download this game!

I’ve been playing since Oct 2019 for my IPad it kicks me off at least 6 times an hour, this last UPDATE it wiped my game clean I had to start from the beginning in another universe. It to Scopely over 12 hours just to get me back into my original playing mode. During that time my base was raided and during the process Scopely closed my ticket just saying glad we were able to get you back. I lost over a BILLION in resources thats is needed for upgrading ships and my base. I’m afraid Scopely will use thier famous tag line :were sorry we can not give you back your resources because it will unbalance the game. The only reason i stay are the friendships I’ve made.. I SAY AGAIN DO NOT BUY

With the new event and update hundreds of iOS users including myself were kicked off of their account with a glitch in the gamecenter system. (So when placing a ticket you state the previous correct account - in my case level 31- and the wrong account the level 1 that they’d populated. ) It took over 12 hours to get a copy paste and another 4 to get my account “fixed”. THE FIX? - Remove my main account from gamecenter across all of my synced devices that could possibly run it. And replace them with the level 1 completely removing my access and options to bubble my base. And the best part - is once again the representative leaves before ensuring it was even properly fixed like thy always do!!!! - I need to be refunded for the money(not insignificant) poured into a game for things I can no longer access due to something the representative did wrong.

The game graphics are incredible ! But gameplay is repetitive 🤨 too many bugs but new game options are getting better. If you don't like being blown up frequently this is not the game for you.

I bought a pick on July 4th, it was paid for through Apple, the items has yet to be delivered to my account. Scopely stopped replying to my emails and Apple told me they won’t refund the $99.99 which was the price of the Klingon recruit pack. That being said, don’t count on any customer support for this game.

Scopely techs makes more glitches then any other game. They have bugs that are still here since the game first came out in Nov. 2018. Every time they do maintenance or add content they make even more glitches. I do not think they are smart enough to fix the game. Which is a shame cause it could be a great game if they had people who knew how to code and a customer service who wouldn’t lie to the plays and who would actually help the players.

This game gives thrills...the thrills of combat and station building, space exploration and leveling. It also gives the thrill of wondering when your game is going to crash and require rebooting it, and the thrill of being crushed by people who use micro transactions to gain power quickly so that they can hurt others indiscriminately, the thrill of reading uncensored racist commentary in the public message board in-game, and the thrill of not knowing what words will be censored automatically, and ridiculously, by their overly sensitive and non-discriminating censorship program. Find other games to play unless you’re okay with being assaulted by racist commentary that isn’t censored, and not being able to retaliate, other than through their reporting system, because common non-racist terms are censored.

Star Trek Fleet Commander is a excellent game for a fellow Star Trek fans. Although there are a few problems, the app keeps crashing, and the game is only online which doesn’t allow continuous play when there’s limited or no WiFi. It would be nice if this app did have an offline capability that does allow continuous play.
