  • Very useful in a Pandemic!

Wish it had more features like looking up by item to see how much has been consumed over a particular date range. Also being able to enter items you don’t have but want - like a wish list...Grocery does this but I’d like to be able to see how much of something I use over time and also a list of what my essential standard pantry items are and how much I have. And keeping personal notes about items would be helpful too - whether We liked it or don’t want to purchase again in future.

Update: Finished the trial and signed up. It is already worth it not to throw away a forgotten package of meat and also vegetables and fruit. It helps with shopping, meal prep and stress. I check the expiring soon section to plan my meals. Now I know what I have and I’m eating better because I don’t want to waste fresh food. I requested a feature to export to csv and they did it! Old review: I just started today because I want to know I have what I need but not buy too much and I’m tired of all the wasted money on expired stuff. I feel the storage plan will pay for itself. I’ve tried several others and they just didn’t cut it.
  • Very useful, especially now in isolation.

Waste will not be an option. You will be able to track what you have, how many, where, how much remaining and how old. You can edit and name specific locations. Anything with a barcode can be inventoried. I still find the workflow a bit clunky but it is also flexible, so I’ll adapt. I definitely recommend this.

Expiration dates don’t appear to be accurately set but otherwise very easy to use

Just what I’ve been looking for! Love to be able to scan items in and the photo editing app is a breeze! My only real complaint so far has to do with categories. I can’t put a carrot in more than one location so even though I have some in my kitchen and some I. The basement, it won’t recognize that. Additionally ally, I can’t expand the categories so like soups and stocks are stuck together whether I actually keep them together or not. I’d like to be able to edit and create my own categories. Otherwise, I am really enjoying the app and even the kids can help add/remove items. Oh but that reminds me that I would also like to be able to invite family on their own devices without them having to use my log in! Then I could track who added or removed items.
  • Best Spring Cleaning Tool Ever!

I am LOVING this app! At first, I was just using it to help me figure out what I have in my pantry before I went “crisis shopping” to stock up on things without overdoing anything, but now I’m using it all over the house. I’m not so sure how easy it would be for multiple people to keep up with it, but over the last week anything that I’ve inventoried that gets used up is either scanned and put on a shopping list right away because my phone is in my pocket already, or I just set it by the trash can to remind myself to scan it before throwing it away. Features I particularly love: (1) The huge UPC inventory, the vast majority of what I scan is already in the system and comes right up. (2) Easy to add things that aren’t already in the inventory. I love it that you just snap a picture if there’s a UPC code and move on, or even if there’s not, it’s a reduced amount of info that needs to be put in right away. This lets me keep scanning without distraction, then I sit down with my iPad later when I have time to add in the rest of the details. (3) The location system - took me a while to discover it, but loving it now! I can easily work on one place and then just set everything I’ve scanned to that location, and move onto the next. (4) The scale to show how much of something is used. I haven’t needed it much yet, but I’m sure that’s going to be super useful when I double check whether I’m low enough to buy a backup. There are just a few of features missing that I would love to see added, but even now don’t detract too much from using it, and I hope they show up in a future update: (1) Single Item Size/Quantity Field - I would REALLY like to see this added, so it’s easier to distinguish between, for example, a 4 oz bottle of something vs a 12 oz bottle. Even better would be if the app could add up the amount among stacked items. For now, I’ve been putting the size into the name field for anything new I need to enter anyway, but it would be really helpful to have this as a separate field. (2) Along with the “spoiled, expiring” etc filters, I’d love to have a “getting low” filter that I can set to show me any items marked as a particular percentage remaining. For example, show me everything that’s marked at 15% or less on the used scale. (3) Custom categories - really more of a “nice to have” because I’ve started inventorying my craft supplies (I’m hitting just about anything with barcodes!), and they don’t really fit into much besides “Household supplies” But that’s just about it, it’s a GREAT app, I’ve already moved it onto my iPhone’s “frequently used” bar to make it easy to get to as I go about my day. THANK YOU!!!
  • Great App!

I just recently started using the app but I love it already! I didn’t realize how many things I have on hand. I definitely know now. Easy to use. If you have a lot of items, you will need to pay for one of the plans. The plans are very reasonably priced. Love that there are no ads and they don’t sell my email address.
